After a year of little shop work, I went to Marc Adams School of Woodworking to attend John Ressler’s five day class on building. We made a Tasmanian Black-wood tenor ukulele. At the end of the class I came home tired and holding a great sounding uke. Still remaining is the final prep and finishing that I plan to do this spring. I highly recommend John’s classes! I also have the highest recommendation for Marc Adam’s School of Woodworking.

It is worth the time, effort and resources to attend if you want to build your own ukulele!
